Nutrition counseling doesn’t have to mean restriction. And it doesn’t have to be overwhelming. What we provide is individualized guidance on what optimal nutrition means for YOU, laid out in manageable and achievable steps.

Hi, I’m Christina.

I’m the Owner of Rise Collective Wellness, as well as a Certified Holistic Nutrition Coach credentialed by the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. My 25+ year career in fitness/wellness has been all about empowering women to take ownership over their health, and take sustainable steps toward living a life free from pain, discomfort, and disease. I embrace a custom approach to nutrition because I believe strongly that there is no "one size fits all" plan for diet, exercise, and healthy habits. My desire is for you to love the food you eat, appreciate how it fuels your body, and transform the way you think about nutrition.

Month-to-Month Plan

  • The month-to-month package includes:

    -60-minute initial consultation and assessment

    -Individualized nutrition plan based on your assessment, your specific dietary needs, and your lifestyle

    -Customized one-month meal plan

    -Weekly check-ins (via email and/or text)

    -Unlimited access to coach via text message for questions, education on the WHY, support, motivation, and accountability

    At the end of each month, you can choose to switch to a longer-term program to lower your monthly rate.

  • $199/month

3-Month Plan

  • The 3-month package includes:

    -60-minute initial consultation and assessment

    -Individualized nutrition plan based on your assessment, your specific dietary needs, and your lifestyle

    -Customized monthly meal plan

    -(1) 45- minute in-person (or Zoom) meeting per month to touch base, and establish goals and meal plans for the upcoming month

    -Weekly check-ins (via email and/or text)

    -Unlimited access to coach via text message for questions, education on the WHY, support, motivation, and accountability

  • $150/month

  • Yes! We take a completely UNIQUE and INDIVIDUALIZED approach to nutrition counseling, working with you to set goals and create meal plans that make sense for the life you are living! In fact, people who live very busy lives will benefit the most from our one-on-one guidance and support, because we take the planning (and even the food prep) off your plate (no pun intended).

  • We do! We want you to be successful, so we provide customized guidance and planning that suits your life. Doing more home cooking is a goal that we hope you’ll embrace, because it’s the best way to ensure you’re getting the best nourishment. And if you just don’t want to cook, we offer MEAL PREP SERVICE!   • Absolutely! In your initial consultation, we will talk about the realities of your life so we can provide fully custom meal plans that make it easier for you to reach your goals! Cooking two dinners every night is not sustainable, so we offer meal plans that are family-friendly, satiating, and nourishing! When everyone is eating better, everyone is DOING better, including kiddos!
